Shipping Information

We know you are excited to get your Better Living Aus​ order, and we are too! That is why we make every effort to ensure that the delivery is completed as soon as possible, so that you receive your items as soon as possible.

All of our products are located within Australia and shipped from Australia, with warehouses usually located either in Victoria or New South Wales. This depends on the levels of stock and demand.

Our hard-working team processes all orders within 24 hours of purchase. This can extend to 48 hours during holiday seasons and public holidays. 

You will typically receive your order within 4–14 business days of placing your order. This is excluding any delays caused by couriers. 

We also offer fast and free delivery Australia-wide on all orders with no minimum purchase requirements, unless otherwise specified. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number to follow while your order is in transit.
